Structure & Production
Versatile Structure: Blisters come in various sizes and shapes. Small, round ones are for pills, while larger, customized ones hold items like syringes. Smooth edges prevent damage to delicate contents. The backing, often aluminum foil or plastic film, seals the blisters and protects against moisture, light, and air.
Made in clean environments, machines heat and shape the plastic into blisters. Items are placed inside, and the backing is sealed. Quality checks ensure the packs are the right size, free of defects, and can protect medical products well.
