The electric dual cylinder hydraulic dock leveler is designed for facilities handling trucks of various heights. It automatically adjusts to bridge the gap between the warehouse floor and the truck bed, forming a smooth slope for forklifts to drive directly into the container. This significantly enhances loading and unloading efficiency.
Features a patented system with extra-long cylinders on both sides for superior stability. This prevents rollover accidents if a truck shifts unexpectedly, ensuring a more balanced and safer operation compared to single-cylinder models.
Equipped with an immediate emergency stop valve that locks the platform within 2cm of any sudden descent. Includes full-range toe protectors to prevent foot injuries and an emergency stop button on the wall-mounted control box.
Utilizes 10 reinforced "C" section steel beams at the bottom to ensure even stress distribution and minimize surface deformation under heavy loads. The main frame is fully enclosed and manufactured in accordance with European EN1398 standards.
