Electrophoretic Coating Line: This advanced system utilizes high-grade materials for durability and performance. The e-coat tank is constructed from Q235 carbon steel with a 6mm FRP anti-corrosion layer. The curing oven features 150mm rock wool insulation and galvanized or stainless steel interiors. Ultrafiltration is handled by premium spiral-wound membranes.
The entire line is customizable, supporting workpieces with complex geometries such as auto parts, appliance components, and hardware. It effectively eliminates the "edge effect" and ensures a paint utilization rate of ≥95%.
