Operational Principle:
In logistics centers and warehouses, truck container floors often sit at different heights than the loading bay floor, preventing forklifts or trolleys from accessing the cargo. The stationary fixed dock leveler resolves this by being installed in a pre-built concrete pit. A hydraulic motor drives the platform up or down, creating a seamless bridge between the ground and the truck floor for rapid goods transfer.
A complete Loading Bay assembly typically includes an Overhead Door, Dock Leveler, and Dock Shelter/Seal. These components work in unison to maximize efficiency and protect the internal environment.
