The e-coat tank is constructed from Q235, featuring a 5mm carbon steel plate lined with a 6mm FRP anti-corrosion layer, capable of withstanding a 20,000V DC breakdown voltage. The curing oven's inner chamber is made of galvanized sheet or stainless steel (304), with 150mm of rock wool insulation. The ultrafiltration membranes are of the imported American spiral-wound type.
